I-Drive Ride Pass is a continuous service membership program that is renewable at 1-year terms. Once purchased, you may use all membership privileges until your card expires at which point you may renew for an additional 1-year term. We do not auto-bill; therefore, it is cardholder’s responsibility to ensure that they renew and continue benefits. I-Drive does offer an option for auto-renewal if cardholders choose to agree to auto-renewal terms. Cancellation of benefits will be effective at the end of the current membership period. I-Drive Ride pass is available at two levels: Standard Ride Pass for $25 and Ride Pass Premium for $50. Ride Pass can be purchased for use in the cities of Norman and Moore in the state of Oklahoma and other communities as expanded. There is no partial refund if you cancel during a membership period. The amount of the membership fee may change upon notice to you.

1. Overview Terms
Welcome to I-Drive Ride Pass (“Ride Pass”). As described in more detail in section 2 below. Ride Pass is a tier of the I-Drive benefits program that provides, in addition to membership benefits, the ability to pay for one’s ride with prepaid credit that is loaded to the Ride Pass card. All referral credits earned as a benefit of membership will be loaded on to the Ride Pass card. I-Drive Ride Pass is a program of I-Drive LLC, also doing business as I Drive Norman.
These Service Terms, including those relating to the features of Ride Pass described in Section 2 below, may be changed (added to, deleted, or modified) from time to time by our publishing changed Service Terms and that URL or an replacement URL, provided that we will send to the email address you provide to us for your Membership notice of any material change in the Ride Pass program terms, including information on how to cancel you membership. Any changed Service Terms will apply to your Membership as of the Effective Date state on the changed terms, subject to cancellation with the specified notice period in the case of material change.
Please read the I-Drive Ride Pass General Program Terms, the General Terms, and these Service Terms carefully, and keep copies for your reference and check online from time to time to review the current versions of each, as they are legally binding and govern the relationship between you and us with respect to the Ride Pass Program. In particular, please note that terms in the General Terms are incorporated into these Service Terms and apply to the Membership include without limitation Electronic Communications, Mobile Services, Use of Service Is At Your Own Risk, Disclaimer of Implied Warranties, Limits of Liability, Indemnity, Binding Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver and applicable Law.
In the event of any conflict between I-Drive Ride Pass General Program Terms or the General Terms and the Service Terms with respect to Membership, the Service Terms will control.
2. Description of Service
I-Drive LLC dba I-Drive Norman is a ride service business that operates similar to other ride sourcing companies and provides for ride sharing and taxi services. Ride scheduling is based on availability of drivers and it cannot be assumed or guaranteed that drivers are always available on call. The majority of our rides are pre-scheduled; therefore, taxi related services are not always available. As demand increases, we will expand our driving team to accommodate more passengers.
I-Drive Ride Pass is a benefits program that allows Members to enjoy complimentary rides, discounted rides, referral credits, and discounts on good and services at local business establishments for an annual fee. I-Drive offers two program levels currently: Standard Ride Pass ($25/year) and Ride Pass Premium ($50/year). With these two levels of Membership, Ride Pass holders will receive credit for referrals that can be added to their Ride Pass card. Additionally, members can preload cash value to their cards to pay for rides with one of our I-Drive Independent Driving Partners (IDP). Free or Discounted Rides
With respect to the Free and discounted rides, the Member must make a reservation for their upcoming ride or risk it not being available. Reservations may be made by phone, text, or our preferred method, through the iDriveNorman.com website. In order to reserve your free or discounted rides, all fares must be current. Any rider that has a balance due or is in a deferred payment agreement will not be eligible for Free or discounted rides until that balance is brought current. Premium Ride Pass members MUST have available credit on their account to receive the 25% medical ride discount. If the card balance is zero (0), but the member does not have an outstanding balance or deferred payment agreement, then the member will still receive a 10% discount for their Med Ride benefit. Standard members receive the 10% discount for their rides so long as their card balance is zero (0) or greater.
Beginning October 1st, 2020, A Minimum fare of $7.00 will apply for all rides. If a Med Ride discount is such that a ride would fall below the Minimum fare, then the $7.00 fare applies. For example, an I-Drive Ride Pass Premium Med Ride fare of $8.50 under previous terms would have been a ride of $5.10 after discount. Effective October 1st, 2020, the new fare would be $7.00 (also known as the Minimum Med Ride Fare). In summary, the 10% or 25% will not activate until a member exceeds $10.00 in ride fare. Prior to reaching $10.00 or less, a sliding scale discount is applied, not to fall below the Ride Pass Med Ride minimum fare of $7.00.
Ride Pass Med Ride discounts will have monthly cap of $35. Once the full $35 is reached, discounts will no longer be applied for non-emergency Medical Rides. Ride Pass card members are still eligible for all other Ride Pass benefits. There is no cap on successful referrals. This is a great way to offset the cost for rides.
New Feature: Students with a valid school ID, and a positive Ride Pass Balance will receive a 10% discount on their rides taken with I-Drive. Like the Minimum Med Ride Fare with Discount, the minimum fare for a student ride is $7.00. Once the fare exceeds $7.00, then the fee will be applied (generally starting at $8.50).
The Free Birthday ride benefit will still be given at 100% discount for one (1) Ride during the week of your birthday. The window to take you Free Birthday rides is seven (7) days prior to or seven(7) after your birthday for a total booking window of fourteen (14) days.
In order to be eligible for referral credits, riders must be enrolled in either the Standard Ride Pass or Ride Pass Premium program. Standard Ride Pass members will receive a five dollar ($5) referral credit added to their Ride Pass Card for use on future rides. Ride Pass Premium Cardholders will receive a ten dollar ($10) referral credit added to their Ride Pass Card for use on future rides. Referrals must be entered into the referral system found at the following web link: https://idrivenorman.com/cash-for-referralsin order to qualify. The referral must be entered into the referral system before the referee takes their first ride. Referrals that are received after a first ride has been completed will not be eligible for the referral credit benefit.
All benefits are to be used by the registered cardholder only. Ride Pass cards are not transferrable for benefits. All Ride Pass cards will be registered in our database and if required, Ride Pass Cardholders may be asked to present a valid ID to use card benefits. Passengers attempting to use a Ride Pass card without a matching ID (if asked) will not be allowed to use program benefits without first purchasing a Ride Pass card themselves.
3. Continuous Service and Cancellation
I-Drive Ride Pass membership is a continuous service membership program. Ride Pass cards may not be refunded for a refund once purchased. Benefits expire 1-year from the purchase date but may be renewed annually prior to expiration. If a card expires, it can be renewed up to 60 days past the expiration day and all card benefits can be resumed. Cards can be renewed with cash, credit, or ride credit that may be loaded onto the card.
I-Drive LLC reserves the right to discontinue this program at anytime; however, not without a 60-day written notice. In the event that the Ride Pass program benefits are cancelled, the pro-rated membership will be applied to the card and used for ride credit.
Your initial annual membership period begins on the date you purchase and register your I-Drive Ride Pass Card, and each following membership period begins on the same calendar day that you signed up (for example, if you sign up on January 15, your first membership period begins on that day, your next membership period begins on January 15th of the following year. If you sign up on the 31st day of a month, membership period thereafter will begin on the last day of the month in case of a month with fewer than 31 days.
The Ride Pass Membership fee for each membership period is set forth in the disclosure enclosed within a box at the beginning of these Service Terms. If auto-renewal is selected, the fee will be automatically charged/debited to your payment method by us pursuant to your automatic payment authorization in section 5 below on or after the first day of each membership period.
You may cancel your Membership at any time, provided that a cancellation notice given during the initial commitment will not take effect until the end of the initial commitment, and a notice given thereafter will take effect at the end of the membership period during which the notice of cancellation is given. If you choose the auto-renew option, then you must give us notice five (5) business days before the end of your initial commitment or any Membership period in order to avoid our billing of the Membership fee for the next membership period. There are no partial refunds of membership fees if you cancel your Membership, and you will continue to have access to the Ride Pass benefits through the end of the last membership period for which you paid in full. Although benefits will expire, cardholders will still be able to pre-load ride credit onto their Ride Pass card.
You understand that rides reserved are intended to be taken, habitual no-show activity may result, in our sole judgment, in cancellation of Ride Pass benefits for cause and without prorated refund. We also may cancel a Ride Pass for cause in the event of misuse, fraud or violations of these terms and conditions. If we cancel the Ride Pass Premium membership without cause, we will in our discretion, either continue you benefits through the end of the current benefits period or provide a refund of a prorated portion of the Ride Pass fee plus applicable taxes based on the unexpired portion of your current membership period as of the effective date of cancellation.

At any time, you may change your Ride Pass Benefits Plan depending on how you intend to use your Plan benefits. You may upgrade your plan by paying the incremental difference (e.g., pay $20 to increase access from Standard Ride Pass to Ride Pass Premium. Upgrades take immediate effect. Your annual billing date does not change, and the regular billing amount goes up from the next billing cycle.
5. Other Ride Pass Benefits
Because these benefits are subject to change due to outside factors, the programs are announced via E-Bulletins and on our website iDriveNorman.com. Additional benefits may include:
The Ride Pass program is subject to change at any time. We will provide you with a least thirty (30) days written notice via e-mail of material changes to the Membership benefits or if the Membership fee to be charged or debited changes, provided that you agree we will only send such notice when the change is due to a change in the Membership fee. If you have a valid email address on file, the you will receive program change notifications in that manner. If you do not have a valid email, then you will receive a verbal notice or written change notice.

All previous Ride Pass marketing materials are void effective October 1st, 2020. Program changes will be review periodically and updated, as necessary.
